Fixabit Trade Terms
Last updated: 8 September 2026
These B2B terms apply to Fixabit Trade work supplied by RSBSE Limited trading as Fixabit.
1. Business-to-business service
Fixabit Trade provides CAD rescue, overflow production and related engineering/manufacturing support to businesses. Unless agreed otherwise, you remain responsible for your relationship with your end customer.
2. White-label and non-solicitation
Where white-label work is agreed, Fixabit will not knowingly solicit your end customer using information received through that job. You must provide only information we need to perform the work.
3. Quotes, scope and changes
Each quote defines the agreed scope, price and assumptions. Work outside scope, additional revisions, priority work, materials, shipping or failed customer-supplied geometry may be quoted separately.
4. Files and intellectual property
You warrant that you have authority to provide and authorise use/modification of submitted files and designs. Submitted material is used only for the agreed work and related record-keeping/legal requirements.
5. Fulfilment
Fixabit may use approved Network partners as subcontractors. Fixabit remains responsible to you for the contracted service, subject to these terms.
6. Quality and suitability
We will use reasonable care and skill. Unless expressly agreed after appropriate validation, work is not certified for safety-critical, medical, structural, regulated or similar applications.
7. Payment
Payment terms are those shown on the accepted quote or invoice. We may withhold release or production until payment is received.
8. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our aggregate liability for a Trade job is limited to the amount paid to Fixabit for that job, except where a different limit is agreed in writing.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will protect confidential commercial and technical information received for the work and use it only as required to perform or administer the job.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
