The first short triage is free. Once the file needs proper engineering time, we quote the right level of rescue before paid work begins.
Minor mesh or file correction, simple geometry repair, scaling or printability fixes. Best for jobs that need roughly up to 30 minutes of engineering effort.
A proper fix, not an unlimited repair ticket.More involved repair, reconstruction, functional edits, splitting, joining or strengthening. Best for jobs needing roughly up to 90 minutes of engineering effort.

Overflow printing is quoted separately per job from material, machine time, setup, failure allowance, post-processing, packing, shipping, urgency and margin. We do not use a generic £/gram price.
